Your privacy

The Urban Edge has no accounts, no sign-in and no advertising. We don't sell or share personal information, because we don't collect it.

We measure visits with privacy-friendly analytics that don't use cookies and don't track you across sites. Your shortlist and language choice are saved only in your own browser and never sent to us. If you email us, we use your message only to reply and to improve the site.

Maps and place details load from other providers, and your browser contacts them directly when a page needs them. Their own privacy policies apply to that.

Using the figures

Our guides are for general information. Home values are estimates built from census and assessment data, and are not appraisals. Crime rates, school and transit details, and the descriptions we write may be incomplete or out of date. Check anything important with the city, the school, a licensed real estate professional or a lawyer before you decide where to live or buy.

We provide the site as is, without warranties, and we are not responsible for decisions made using it. Links to other sites are for convenience, and we don't control their content.

Our content

Data comes from open sources listed on About the data, used under their licences. Our own descriptions and design are ours, so please link to us rather than copying whole pages.
